Ivor is an award-winning Creative Director with over 18 years of experience in art direction and graphic design, specialising in concept and strategy-driven work across digital, social, print, and integrated A&BTL campaigns. With a strong foundation in branding, advertising, strategy, and visual communication, his career spans major creative hubs including New York City, Los Angeles, Washington (D.C.), Austin (TX), Ireland, and the broader EMEA market. He is also the Founder, Curator, and Creative Director of For The Love Of (FTLO)—an international creative community and event series celebrating creativity in all its forms.
Ivor has had the elite honour of receiving the O-1 Artist Visa (USA) on 3 occasions (2014, ‘17, ’20), issued to 'People of Extraordinary Ability in their Field' based on references, experience, and portfolio. In 2013 he was nominated for the Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI) One To Watch Award in recognition of excellent professional standards, creativity, and innovation.
Ivor is a member of the 100 Archive, a community-centered initiative to document and record the best of both the past and future of visual communication design in Ireland. He has also been a judge for Secret Walls, the World’s premier live art battle, and a guest speaker at both Pecha Kucha and Candy Collective's ‘SweetTalk’ series.
He holds a BA Honours Degree in Graphic Design (2006) from the Limerick School of Art and Design (TUS), where he also received a distinction for his thesis on semiotics in advertising and design, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Advertising & Marketing (2013) from Dublin Institute of Technology (TUS).
In 2015 Ivor became a worldwide phenomenon when he became a meme (#IvorIsComing... enjoy!).
